Passionate for the outdoors whether climbing, caving, sailing, skiing or hiking, you will find him in the mountains when not working.

Multifaceted designer whose work spans design, installations, sculpture, architecture, governance-, estate and conservation consultancy. Having worked as a consultant to the President an Presidency of Iceland, worked with some of Icelands largest construction companies, and as a consultant on governmental housing.

With a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of multiple fields, Flores Axel integrates elements from his diverse expertise to create innovative and effective solutions. THIJS FISSER: Artistic Explorationist

Inspired by the interplay between equality, peculiarity, and both tangible and intangible concepts, Thijs explores material origins and self-discovery. His work spans mediums like material research, poetry, filmmaking, photography, and writing.

When combined with critical observation, it enables in-depth exploration. His process merges past, present, and future, using design to pose questions, unearth challenges, and craft imaginative narratives.
